Italian Peruvian- Italian Peruvian is light bodied but flavorful. It has mild acidity and a taste of nuts, flowers, and fruit.

Mexican Chiapas- Our Mexican Chiapas has is mild yet flavorful with sweet notes. It's medium in acidity with a taste of brown sugar, pear, and a clean nutty finish

Sumatran- Sumatra is full bodied and smooth with almost no acidity. It has a rich, earthy, and nutty flavor.
